We headed to good old Paris, TX for our Memorial Day weekend, and it was just as much fun as we thought it would be! (That means a lot) We had good food.....
Good hair days........
Lots of kids to play with!
A place to cool off when things got too hot.....
a good buddy to splash with....
I love love love this picture of Avery.
She put on Maurine's shoes to walk around in, and it was just so cute. I think she's done it before. she was way too good in those heels. Maybe she can give me some pointers.
For those of you who don't know, Adam thought he was superman when he was little. We're going to do everything in our power to make sure Caden follows in his footsteps.
Group picture of all the kids minus Avery...and almost Caden.
It was naptime.
such a sneaky superman
Marlee's lips were literally blue. The water was a bit nippy.
For Caden, life doesn't get any better than a dog.
Caden's future partner in crime. He looks innocent....but BEWARE

Gavine, her mom, Caden, and I headed to the Arboretum on Wednesday for a little photo shoot. She was SO cute. I mean...look at those eyes! I had trouble picking between the color and sepia on several, so I put them both in. Which do you like better?

Is one of my favorite songs...but is NOT what this post is about. :) The Potters and I headed out to a great spot (that they picked! :)) and took some pictures of the family. It was hard to weed out my favorites, but I went ahead and put some together for you guys to see.
It really was fun, and the boys were so energetic, they made my job easy. Thanks for letting me take your pictures. Hope you guys find some you like! :)

We had a little balcony photoshoot the other day, and I had a hard time picking favorites. I wish I knew how to reproduce the lighting we get on the balcony in the real great outdoors. I asked him to look pensive in this look. I think he nailed it.
Adam put this around the storage shelf to keep it from blowing over, and Caden likes to use it to perform gymnastic feats. He did manage to step off and still hold on, but I didn't get a picture of it....for obvious reasons.......well, at least I think it's obvious
"I'm gonna wash that man right outta my hair...I'm gonna wash that man right outta my hair....."any South Pacific fans out there?
